Oso Grande now includes up to 1/2 hour per month of General Remote Hands for each colocation customer at no charge.

General Remote Hands service is billed at $125 per hour in 1/2 hour increments.

Expert Remote Hands services is billed at $200 per hour in 1/2 hour increments.

Idle time, wait time, or time between tasks/direction is not billed to the customer.
