ABQ Fiber Network

Dark Fiber to 505 Marquette

Oso Grande Technologies connects to 505 Marquette, Albuquerque’s Telco Hotel, by way of a 288-fiber redundant path that features diverse entrances and disparate conduit. Completed at the end of 2023, numerous customers use our dark fiber to get to their legacy location — allowing them to migrate to Oso Grande’s high value data center, saving money, while still retaining their connectivity and satisfying contract obligations.

Fiber & Internet in Downtown ABQ

Oso Grande also operates a wider ranging fiber ring — with both Internet and Dark Fiber services available! The OSO dark fiber ring runs through downtown Albuquerque and is built on a 40/100Gigabit Ethernet platform, with Dark Fiber able to run at up to 400gbps. The ring also connects to the “Telco Hotel” at 505 Marquette, a recognized aggregation point for many national, regional and local carriers. This increases our ability to provide connectivity outside the downtown area. Current locations in downtown Albuquerque where OSO Grande provides fiber connectivity are listed below:
